Refund Policy

You are never charged unless a campaign you backed reaches its goal. When you pledge, we only pre-authorize your (test-mode) payment method.

If a campaign fails to reach its goal by its deadline, or is canceled, your authorization is released and you are charged nothing.

If a booked event is canceled after charges are captured, captured pledges are refunded in full.
